Details, prices and availability come from the developer or owner and may change without notice. The final price is written only in the contract or pre-contract. A property without a price is quoted on request.
Service fees and official costs
Our service fee and official costs such as transfer taxes and fees, sworn translation and lawyer fees are told to you before you sign. No cost that is not in the contract is charged without agreeing it with you.
Payment
This website takes no online payment. Pay only as the contract says and only to the account written in that contract, and keep a receipt for every payment.
Residence and citizenship
Turkish residence and citizenship conditions are set by current law and the official authorities and may change. We help you gather documents and follow the file, but the decision belongs to the authority and no result is guaranteed. Website content is not legal advice.
Property viewings
Viewings, in person or online, are arranged in advance. If you cannot attend at the agreed time, please tell us beforehand.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for each step are written in the contract for that step and told to you before you sign, including any amount that may not be refundable.
